The surgery as a whole is first class. from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors. They are all of the highest standard and give the town aand surrounding areas unbeatable care and service. If all sugeries were as good as bridgeside then there would be no complaints.

Having been a patient at another surgery in Hailsham and having had a very bad experience there, decided to change and was recommended this practice. Since joining this practice have never had a problem. The reception staff are very efficient and the Doctors, having only seen 2 of them have very good practice manners by listen to you and making a treatment recommendation by discussing it with you properly.

I noticed my 2yr old getting progressively ill and struggling to breathe at about 4.50 I decided to call the drs hoping for a call back, but the receptionist was amazing and as soon as I said '2yr old and breathing' she said straight away to come ti the surgery now where a dr would wait for me. I zoomed up there quickly and saw the dr straight away. After a few questions and examinations, she called dr merritt in for a second opionion and they both decided it would be good for me to take him to the hodpital. After they gave me a referral letter, we went straight there and he was let out the next day. I have used this gp practice for years and have never had a problem with them, but in this instance, I felt I should comment on the outstanding service I was given from reception to dr. Thank you

Lovely surgery, staff very helpful the only downside is when pre-booking an appointment, you have a long wait..
